When you join our super awesome community, you and your family get access to expert medical support and guidance – at no extra cost to you. 360 Health, an easy-to-use app by Metlife, offers you a range of health and wellness services that you can use as often as you like.

Need a second opinion? You can receive an in-depth, confidential review from a doctor, all from the comfort of your home. Then they’ll share their clinical opinions and treatment recommendations with you so you can discuss them with your primary doctor. You can also submit online questions to GPs and paediatricians.

Whether you have a quick question or want an in-depth mental health review, you can speak to a mental health clinician at no charge.

Fitness, recovery and nutrition guidance

Discuss your nutrition, fitness, or recovery goals with one of the qualified dieticians or exercise physiologists. They can even set you up with a personalised action plan and progress tracking call.

How to access 360 Health

When you become a member of Child Care Super, you automatically get access to 360 Health, along with our other member benefits.

Terms and conditions

360Health is provided by Teladoc Health Australasia Pty Ltd (ACN 147 387 666) (Teladoc Health). It is intended to provide general health information and advice. This service is available to you, your spouse, your parents, your parents in-law and your children if you are a member of Child Care Super. Teladoc Health is not part of Equity Trustees Superannuation Limited (the Trustee) or its insurer MetLife, and services are provided by Teladoc Health, not the Trustee or MetLife.

The recommendations provided by this service are based on medical and other information you provide to Teladoc Health. Teladoc Health is the entity that will collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your personal health information if you use their services. For more information on how Teladoc Health will handle your personal information, please visit https://teladochealth.com.au/privacy/. Your personal health information may be stored overseas.

When you apply for insurance, you have a duty to take reasonable care not to make a misrepresentation to MetLife. The personal (including health) information you provide to Teladoc Health in connection with your participation in 360Health will not constitute disclosure to MetLife for the purposes of discharging this duty. MetLife does not have access to this personal information and any information provided by Teladoc Health to MetLife will be de-identified information only.

Access to these services will be at MetLife’s reasonable discretion. MetLife reserves the right to reasonably discontinue or change the services at any time.
